Founder-Director
Aniko Zagon is the Founder-Director of Entelliz Limited, the business training specialist and entrepreneurial incubator. Her background is in innovation management and business strategy both from direct managerial experience in the healthcare industry and through working in business incubators and interim management positions. She raised funding and helped to launch a number of innovative projects for the NHS, universities and private ventures
Aniko is an experienced trainer and coach with a broad experience in helping businesses build strong growth platforms. She is also an accredited service provider for BusinessLink London.
Aniko has a degree in biology, a PhD in neurosciences and a Masters degree in Management. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (FMCI), a Freeman of the Worshipful Company of Management Consultants, a Member of the Institute of Directors, and a Governor of the Royal Free Hampstead NHS Trusts.
Aniko is an experienced trainer and coach with a broad experience in helping businesses build strong growth platforms. She is also an accredited service provider for BusinessLink London.

Mark Fisher, PhD
Dr Mark Fisher is founder, co-owner and Chief Technology Officer of Exomedica Ltd. that develops and funds medical technology innovations from its earliest stage (including patenting, product design, clinical trials and regulation) to the point where value can be realised through a license or asset sale to medical companies or flotation.
Mark is a medical scientist with a proven track record in commercialising technology in the diagnostics field. As a post-graduate at University College London, his PhD in immunodiagnostics was spun out into London Biotechnology Ltd. After a career in research at UCL, he worked as a commercial scientist with Zetatronics, a genebased diagnostics developer. Most recently, he was Managing Director of Ventures for Health, the NHS Innovations Hub that is in charge of commercialising innovations by NHS hospitals all across West London.
An alumnus of Southbank University where he graduated in one of the first biotechnology courses to be offered in the UK, Mark has experience in all aspects of medical technology development from workbench to manufacturing.
Darryl Gould, BSc DiP MioD MCIM
Darryl has worked at a senior level in marketing for nearly 20 years. He owns a well known sales and marketing psychology company “DPA Marketing” and is Managing Director of “1 Stop Telemarketing Services”, one of the North of England’s leading telemarketing company. He has over 500 client contacts on his books and continues to help start-ups and established businesses alike to plan and deliver their sales and marketing strategies. He has previously worked as a senior manager at “Dixons Stores Group PLC” and “BHS” and has been Sales Marketing Director for a member of the “Adaire Printing Group”.
Darryl has been advisor for the Development Agency Yorkshire Forward, the Hambros Bank New Business Department and has provided marketing and sales advice to start up and existing companies via the South Yorkshire Investment Fund mentoring scheme.
Darryl is a guest lecturer on traditional marketing skills for Huddersfield University and has a growing reputation for his knowledge of on-line marketing. He is also a Chartered Member of the Institute of Marketing.
Darryl won the National IAB Business awards ‘Most Highly Recommended business’ category in 2008 and has been a finalist in the Institute of Directors director of the year award in 2006. He has also been a winner of the Chartered Institute of marketing’s best consultant award.
Rhian Hayward, DPhil
Rhian owns Rhian Hayward Consulting Ltd, which provides commercial support for SMEs in life sciences, biotechnology and the healthcare sectors. As a consultant, Rhian works routinely with university spin out companies and other organisations to plan businesses and develop marketing and product development strategies. She has also led several fund raising initiatives to secure commercial and grant funding for SMEs.
Prior to his, Rhian has worked at a senior level in bioscience companies, from start-ups to listed organisations, and held various commercial roles in Marketing, Business Development and Product Management.
After her BSc from King's College London, Rhian received a PhD in infectious diseases from Oxford University and worked at the National Institutes of Health in Maryland, USA.
Maria Ilia, PhD
In the past five years, Maria works as an education management professional specialising in new business development, partnership deals and devising value-adding services for the education and public sectors.
At present, she is Business Development Manager at the London Metropolitan Network, which provides fast and secure communication links, IT services and related training for London’s academic community. Prior to that she worked as genetic bioscientist at University College London and with a biotech company owned by King's College London.
Maria was trained in business consultancy at the London Technology Network of the London Business School. She has a PhD in Molecular Biology from University College London and a BSc in Biomedical Sciences from Kingston University. Maria is also a Member of the Chartered Marketing Institute.
David Warrilow, MSc, CPA, EPA, ETMA
David has been working in intellectual property protection since 2001. He worked with a number of recognised private practices in London before setting up his own company, London IP Ltd. with the aim of helping small businesses and entrepreneurs manage and protect their intellectual property portfolio.
David has advised and represented a diverse range of clients, ranging from lone inventors to blue-chip companies and worked with all types of intellectual property from trademark protection to patent litigation. His own practice also offers comprehensive intellectual property management services, covering patents, trademarks, copyright and designs. Although his technical background is in chemistry, he has gained extensive experience of mechanical inventions.
David has an MSc in Chemistry form the University of Birmingham and an MSc in Management of Intellectual Property from Queen Mary College, London. He is a UK Patent Attorney as well as a European Patent Attorney.
