Fabulous Foodies

Fabulous Foodies is a new project from Fabulous Catering Events, a London based catering company that provides cost effective and imaginative catering solutions for nightclubs, companies and individuals.

Its aim is to serve up real meals on the High Street using only quality produce sourced from British farmers and offering 1 to 2 of your daily 5 veggies in each portion.

Entelliz CEO Aniko Zagon was asked by Fabulous Catering Events CEO Pete Phillips to work with him on developing the business strategy for the new project.  Aniko helped with analysing the target market, market opportunities, operational risks financial needs and business risks for the project and introduced Pete to a number of investors.

Fabulous Foodies has since launched successfully, operating at corporate events as well as festivals during its pilot stage, having already sold out over 30,000 portions.  It has also received bank-funding for the project as well as a number of investment offers.
